At this exhibition, Titans New Power presented a comprehensive solution for intelligent manufacturing of formation & aging for prismatic/pouch/cylindrical lithium batteries, high-voltage DC charging and discharging platform solutions, integrated machines for formation/capacity, standard models for pouch cells, high-speed sorting machine for cylindrical cells, and many other innovative products and solutions.
The capacity integrated machine with water cooling innovatively integrates traditional cell cabinet and power cabinet, applying water-cooling temperature control technology to charge-discharge machine in batches, improving cell quality consistency, and achieving a dual cost reduction for both equipment and plant construction.
The formation integrated machine with water-heating, breaking through by using hot water as an energy source, achieves high-precision micro-environment temperature control in a single chamber, reducing energy consumption at the plant end. Combined with micro-environment control technology, it significantly improves plant footprint utilization and energy consumption ratio, achieving increased production capacity and optimized production costs.
The high-voltage DC charging and discharging platform solution achieves high overall power efficiency, adopting a T-type three-level architecture of PCS+700VDC high-voltage DC bus with the application of third-generation GaN+SiC semiconductor technology.
Two flagship power platforms: the intelligent series power module platform with an energy feedback efficiency of up to 90%; and the DSP digital intelligent power module platform using full digital power technology supporting arbitrary channel parallel connection across the entire series, with voltage accuracy reaching an industry-leading±1mV and current accuracy reaching an industry-leading±0.04%FS.
